If your team is resisting change, it’s likely not because they’re unwilling.
It’s because they’re afraid.
Afraid that if things get more efficient, their role gets eliminated.
That if they’re not perfect at something new tomorrow, they’ll be replaced.
You want buy-in? Start with trust.
Let them in on the process. Show them you’re changing too.
Model the mindset, share the workload, and prove their future is part of the plan-not excluded from it.
